IT Administrator

Are you an experienced IT professional ready to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re looking for an IT Administrator to lead the delivery of user support, system performance, capacity planning, and security across both IT and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, and cloud services

• Supervise IT support staff and provide training and mentorship

• Maintain security standards and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

• Monitor system performance and report to the IT Manager

• Deliver operational improvements and ad hoc changes as needed

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT operations (networks, servers, Active Directory, cloud, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, storage, and Windows server environments

• Strong understanding of IT security and infrastructure best practices

• Working knowledge of SQL and database management

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
